MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Victorian era is making a comeback at the Mitchell Park Domes.
Saturday, Jan. 18 is the first day of their new exhibit called Golden Age of Steam.
The display has trains running on four separate tracks, all snaking through the Show Floral Dome. The exhibit features steam trains every Friday, with other new trains rotating in and out over the course of the show.
Park staff say it makes for some perfect family fun.
"You know, if you're looking for something to do with the family, this is the best place to come in the winter. I mean, things are at their height, you know... You can't beat it," said Paula Zamiatowski, Milwaukee County Park naturalist.
The train show runs from now until April 6th. There will be a show with trains of all scales at the Domes two weeks from now, on the first and second.
